About Us
Sturgeon’s Tractor and Truck Sales, or STTS, is a family owned company that auctions and sells tractors, trucks and equipment. STTS has been holding auctions for seventeen years and many of our staff and associates have been running auctions even longer than that. STTS was founded in 2004 by Lon Sturgeon, who has been an auctioneer since 1985, making it his passion. Apart from his experience with auctions, Lon knows the equipment inside and out, as he’s also been driving and fixing trucks and tractors of all makes and models since he was sixteen years old. Lon Sturgeon is also the owner and operator of Sturgeon’s Corner, located in Meno, Oklahoma.
Before STTS became an official company, the same group of people had been holding Spring and Fall Consignment auctions in Meno, Oklahoma since 1993. The auctions grew to be so big, they’ve become a social event that many people now mark on their calendars, looking forward to attending and visiting with friends and associates alike. Once the company was formed and named STTS, the tradition kept on and we continue holding the same, semi-annual auctions to this day.
